Hi everyone! My name is Wendy Milanes and I am an aspiring romance novel author. I recently entered the Mills & Boon New voices competion and am awaiting to see if I made it to the top 20. It is about 4 am and I find that I am too excited to continue sleeping. I am checking the site constantly to see who is on this long awaited list! Sounds crazy? I bet I'm not the only one up and biting her nails waiting in slow torture. Fooling aside, I am super duper excited that I entered. I finally got the courage to put my work out there for people to see. Some friends and family always encouraged me to keep on writing. All of them said that they loved my work- well I guess now I will find out the moment of truth. Either they really liked my work or they were just being nice. Ha, ha!
